概况
Overview
城市运行与应急管理实验中心（以下简称实验中心）2012年由城市经济与公共管理学院申报立项建设，获得北京市教委连续三年的专项经费支持，2015年正式投入使用。实验中心建筑面积800平方米，下设城市互动体验展厅、城市运行指挥演练实验室、应急仿真推演实验室、动感体验室、案例研讨室、数据分析室、协同创新室等专业实验空间。拥有实验设备680台（套），价值1300多万元，实验软件20种，价值300万元。能够满足我校服务大都市类型公共管理专业每年210多名本科生和区域经济、城市经济与战略管理等专业硕博研究生的教学科研实验需求；能够满足我校模拟演练、虚拟仿真、团队协作等创新型教学活动需求，并向全校师生和公众开放城市突发事件体验空间和成果研发交流共享平台；能够提供MPA学生、领导干部与公务员、应急管理人才关于城市发展、运行管理和突发事件应对等培训需求。
Experiment Center of Urban Operation and Emergency Management (hereinafter as Experiment Center) was applied and established by School of Urban Economics and Public Administration in 2012 continually under the 3-year funding by Beijing Municipal Education Commission. It formally stated to use since 2015. The experimental center covers an area of 800 square meters. It divides into Urban Interactive Experience Hall, Urban Operational command and exercise lab, Emergency Simulation Lab, Dynamic Experience Hall, Case Study Studio, Data Analysis Studio and Coordinative Innovation Studio etc. It contains 680 sets of experimental equipment valued 13 millon RMB, around 20 sets of software valued 3 millions RMB. It is available to yearly serve for over 210 postgraduates and undergraduates majoring in Urban Economics, Public Administration, Urban Economics and Strategic Management and satisfy all kinds of innovative teaching requirements. It also can be used for training MPA students, civil servants and talents of urban emergency management.
近两年，开设实验课程15门，出版实验教材2本，实验手册2本；进行本科和研究生创新训练指导40项，学生参与各类竞赛获奖达20人次；完成本科生、研究生创新实践项目指导、讨论课程20次，举办学术讲座20次，学术研讨会30多次；自主研发了5套城市模拟实验系统，获得实验研究软件著作权1项、相关专利2项，教师发表实验教学论文5篇； 举办包括西客站处级干部应急培训、社区安全调研、紧急救援技术培训多次，超300人次； 接待国内外、校内外参观交流访问40多次，上级部门调研考察十余次。在实验室环境完成的教师科研项目超过20项，国家社科重大项目1项，重点项目1项。
In recent two years, the Experimental Center assisted 15 experimental courses, published two experimental textbooks and two experimental handbooks. Over 40 innovative projects were fulfilled and nearly 20 students were rewarded with different prizes, to some extent, which were beneficial from the reliance on the center. In a brief, this center held over 20 discussion courses, 20 academic speeches and over 30 academic conferences. Five Urban Simulation Models and 2 items of relevant patent are self-designed. Moreover, five articles related to experimental teaching are published. For the social service, the experimental center ever organized lectures for civil servants from different levels and bureaus themed on emergency management, community safety, urgency solutions etc.

Brand activities
每年6月，城市运行与应急管理实验中心举办“首都经济贸易大学研究生学术文化节——城市运行与灾难模拟体验之旅”活动，活动邀请我校部分师生来到城市运行与应急管理中心，体验火灾、地震等灾害的逃生演练，学习户外绳子打结的方法，参观体验5D影院，参观3D打印室和互动教学系统。通过矿洞坍塌逃生体验、高空缓降体验、户外绳子打结教学，让同学们学习在应急事件中如何运用有限的物品顺利自救。虚拟灭火、沙盘模拟等多媒体现代化体验，提升同学们的防灾意识、深化对逃生知识的理解。
Each June, the Experimental Center is going to host “Experience of the Urban Operation and Disaster Simulation”, one of the activity among “CUEB Postgraduate Academic Culture Festival ”. This activity will invite students and faculty to involve in the simulation of Fire and earthquakes etc. Some emergency tip will be introduced. Throughout some other installments and settings, the participants can get a lesson on how to use scarce of the tools to rescue themselves in some emergencies. By the plentiful and vivid activities, the consciousness of anti-disaster has been improved and the understanding or mastery of self-rescuing knowledge has been deepened.
