王晖

副教授、硕士生导师、 管理学博士

 

　　王晖，男，1969年7月27日生，山东省汶上人。 副教授、硕士生导师、管理学博士。  

　　中国人民大学工商管理学院工商管理硕士、中国人民大学商学院管理学博士、中央民族大学管理学院国家资助公共管理学（城市管理方向）博士后，美国多米尼肯大学、蒙古国立大学、香港城市大学和台湾东吴大学短期访问学者。

　　主要从事城市经济、城市规划、城市文化等方向的研究。出版学术专著5部、参与编写学术著作十几部、发表学术论文30多篇。主持5项省部级纵向课题和50多项横向课题:王晖主持了北京市自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、北京市文化创意产业专项基金等5项省部级纵向课题。负责过广西自治区来宾市、甘肃省兰州市、山东省聊城市、江西省井冈山市、北京市海淀区、北京市朝阳区、北京市丰台区、北京市顺义区、北京市门头沟区等50多项横向课题，王晖的到账课题经费总计超过百万元人民币。同时，王晖参与了叶堂林教授主持的2017年国家社科基金重大项目《基于区域治理的京津冀协同发展重大理论与实践问题研究》等纵向课题，还做了北京市、澳门特别行政区、天津市滨海新区、山东省青岛市、山东省章丘市、江苏省南通市、江苏省扬州市、江苏省南京市、广东省广州市、广东省东莞市、四川省成都市、山西省忻州市、贵州省贵阳市、浙江省杭州市、浙江省宁波市、新疆乌鲁木齐市等城市横向课题。

　　近5年来，为本科生和研究生开设城市文化学（双语）、城市管理学（双语）、城市规划学、公共管理学（双语）、城市管理与政策、城市管理与政府管理、北京城市规划理论与实践、北京历史文化等课程。

　　王晖被北京市社会科学界联合会选为“首都社科专家”，北京市社会科学界联合会和北京市自然科学界“两界”专家，入选国家文化和旅游部专家库、北京市发改委专家库、首都规划建设委员会专家库、北京市经信局专家库、北京市科委专家库、北京市财政局专家库、北京市文化和旅游局专家库、北京市文化创意产业促进中心专家库和北京市国有文化资产监督管理中心专家库等。是中共北京市委讲师团的宣讲专家，北京专家联谊会会员和北京草原英才联谊会会员等。同时，也是中国博士后科学基金评审专家、北京自然科学基金评审专家、北京社科联基金评审专家、北京文化创意产业专项基金评审专家和北京市文化创意产业园区评审专家等。曾经挂职内蒙古自治区包头市人民政府市长助理一年。

　　兼任中国人民大学商学院MBA论文评审和答辩导师，中央民族大学管理学院学术硕士和MPA论文指导和答辩导师，中国社会科学院城市与竞争力研究中心特约研究员，北大纵横管理咨询公司城市研究学术顾问，中国城市经济学会会员等。

　　在中国大陆、中国香港、中国台湾、瑞典驻华大使馆和阿拉伯联合酋长国驻华大使馆等做各类中英文演讲和培训150多次。接受过中央电视台、新华社、中国日报、北京电视台、香港大公报、台湾中天电视台、韩国中央日报、北京日报、新京报、21世纪经济报道、经济参考报、中国产经新闻和华夏时报等中外新闻媒体的中英文采访180多次。

　　王晖受邀为瑞典驻华大使馆全英文讲解《雄安新区城市规划与产业选择》、受邀为阿拉伯联合酋长国驻华大使馆全英文讲解《“一带一路”倡议与发展机遇》。受邀参与《北京城市总体规划(2016年-2035年)》、《北京城市副中心控制性详细规划(街区层面)》等重要项目的专家评审工作。

    Wang Hui, male,  27 July 1969, Wenshang, Shandong. Associate Professor, Master tutor, Doctor of management.

A short-term visiting scholar from Dominican University of USA, National University of Mongolia,City University of Hong Kong and Soochow University(Taiwan).

    Mainly engaged in urban economy, urban planning, urban culture . Wang Hui has published 5 academic monographs, participated in the compilation of more than ten academic works and published more than 30 academic papers. Host 5 provincial and ministerial level longitudinal topics and more than 50 horizontal topics,Wang Hui's total funds for the project of receiving accounts exceed six million yuan RMB.

    Over the past five years,Wang Hui had courses in urban culture (bilingual), urban management (bilingual), urban planning, public management (bilingual), urban management and policy, urban management and government management, urban planning theory and practice, and Beijing history and culture have been offered to undergraduate and graduate students.

    Wang Hui is selected by Beijing Federation of Social Sciences as "Capital Social Sciences Expert". Beijing Federation of Social Sciences and Beijing Natural Sciences Experts Wang .Hui are selected as experts of the Ministry of culture and Tourism. Beijing Economic and Credit Commission, Beijing Science Committee, Capital planning and Construction Committee,Beijing Finance Bureau and Beijing Municipal Bureau of culture and Tourism Expert pool, Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry Promotion Center and Beijing State-owned Cultural Assets Supervision and Administration center Expert pool, etc. Wang Hui is a lecturer of the lecturer group of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, a member of the Beijing Expert Fellowship and a member of the Beijing Grassland Talent Fellowship. At the same time, Wang Hui is also the evaluation expert of China Post-doctoral Science Foundation, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, Beijing Federation of Social Sciences Foundation, Beijing Special Foundation for Cultural and Creative Industries and Beijing Cultural and Creative Industries Park. Wang Hui once served as assistant mayor of Baotou Municipal People's government for a year in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

    Wang Hui once explained "Urban Planning and Industrial Choice of Xiongan New District" in English for the Swedish Embassy in China, and was invited to participate in the expert evaluation of such important projects as "Beijing Urban Master Plan (2016-2035)" and "Beijing Subcenter Controlled Detailed Planning (Block Level)".
