        2004年毕业于西安交通大学应用经济学专业产业经济学方向，获经济学博士学位，曾赴美国密西根州立大学（MSU）进修。

   主要从事公共经济学、产业经济学等方向的研究；主持或参与多项城市经济管理领域的国家级及省部级科研课题或横向科研项目。在《经济管理》、《经济体制改革》、《生态经济》等国内外出版刊物上发表论文40余篇、出版著作1部，主编2部教材，参编著作及教材多部。

   主要为本科生、硕士、博士研究生开设《公共经济学》、《城市建设投融资》、《产业经济学前沿》等课程。
