  2013年获北京师范大学教育学部管理学博士，首都经济贸易大学2013-2015年博士后。

  主要从事教育经济学、教师工资、高校治理、乡村教师供给等领域的研究，主持全国教育科学规划办青年项目《我国教师地位指数的构建与应用研究》（2021-2014）和国家社科基金课题《经济激励对贫困地区乡村教师吸引与保留的影响效应》（2016-2020），教育部人文社科青年项目《乡村教师生活补助政策落实情况及对乡村教师供给的影响研究》，参与多项国家级重大课题研究。出版中文专著1部，英文专著1部。发表多篇论文，主要论文见于《教育研究》、《教师教育研究》、《中国高等教育》、《教育科学研究》、《上海教育科研》等CSSCI/SSCI学术期刊，其中多篇文章被人大复印资料全文转载。

  自任教以来，曾获城市经济与公共管理学院青年教师基本功大赛特等奖，学校十一届学校青年教师教学基本功大赛二等奖，校优秀科研成果奖。被评为校优秀青年骨干教师、校优秀班主任。

            主要为本科、硕士生开设以下课程：统计软件SPSS应用、教育经济学、教育人力资源管理、教育统计学。

Her research work is focused on education economics, teacher salaries, university governance, rural teacher supply and other fields,She presided National office for education sciences planing Fund Youth Project”Research on the construction of teacher status index in China(2021-2024)”,National Social Science Fund Youth Project”The Effect of Economic Incentives on the Attraction and Retention of Rural Teachers in Poverty-stricken Areas (2016-2020)”,Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Youth Fund Project”Research on the Implementation of Rural Teachers’ Life Subsidy Policy and Its Impact on Rural Teacher Supply (2015-2019)”.Research output include one Chinese book and one English version book,and many academic papers, which can be found in CSSCI/SSCI academic journals "Education Research", "Teacher Education Research", "Higher Education in China", "Educational Science Research", and "Shanghai Educational Research", many articles have been Reprinted in the issue of RENMIN University of China.

As a college teacher in CUEB, she has won Second prize of “The Eleventh young teachers teaching basic skills competition” at CUEB in 2018,"Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award","Outstanding Young Backbone Teachers of University" at CUEB in 2018 ,"Outstanding Head Teachers of University" at CUEB in 2019.

Courses are mainly opened for undergraduate and master students: statistical software SPSS application, educational economics, educational human resource management, educational statistics.
