崔高鹏

　副教授 教育学博士 硕士生导师

　　北京师范大学教育学博士，美国南加州大学、罗格斯大学访问学者，北京市属高校人才强教计划中青年骨干教师。研究方向：教育政策、大学治理、大学服务职能、中小学教育资源布局问题。主持教育部青年项目《1862年美国赠地学院法案研究》（2014-2018）和北京教委社科规划项目《校际教育资源均衡视域下北京市区优质中学教育集团办学成效研究》（2021-），参与多项国家和省部级项目。出版专著《美国州立大学董事会权力的变迁》（浙江教育出版社，2015年）、《1862年美国赠地学院法案》研究（河北大学出版社，2022年）和《整合大学服务观念与确立大学服务职能——威斯康星大学校长查尔斯·范·海斯》（浙江教育出版社出版中），出版编著《外国高等教育名著研读》，参编《美国高等教育变革》、《美国高等教育史（中）》和《教育学名著导读》，译著《美国教育传统》（劳伦斯•克雷明著，福建教育出版社出版中）和《美国公共教育》（弗里曼•巴茨著，福建教育出版社出版中）。在《大学教育科学》、《教育学报》、《现代大学教育》、《黑龙江高教研究》、《教育科学研究》、《高校教育管理》等CSSCI核心期刊/全国中文核心期刊发表多篇论文。 

　　开设教育学、高等教育史、教育政策研究等研究生课程，普通心理学、社会心理学等本科生课程。

　　I have received Ph.D in Education from Beijing Normal University, Visiting Scholar of University of Southern California and Rutgers University. My research field has been the education policy , university  governance,  university service function, balance of educational resources of high schools and primary schools. I have finished one Ministry of Education Program，The Study on the U. S. Land -Grant College Act in 1862and one Beijing Municipal Education Commission Social Science program, A Study on the School-Running Effectiveness of Beijing High School Educational Group from the Perspective of the Balance of Interschool Educational Resources.I have published two books, published two books as associate editor in chief, finished some chapters in three books, will publish one book and two translated books. I have published several articles in cssci core Journals.

　　I have offered such courses as General Psychology and Social Psychology for undergraduates, and Pedagogy, History of Higher Education and Studies on Education Policy for graduates.
