2019年毕业于北京师范大学教育经济与管理专业。

主要从事教育政策和学校管理相关研究。近3年主持北京市教育科学规划课题1项，参与国家级课题3项，参与横向课题2项，参与省部级项目3项；在《华东师范大学学报（教育科学版）》《人民教育》《中小学管理》等核心期刊发表多篇论文；参与2部著作写作。

主要开设教育心理学、教育研究方法等课程。

Dr. Ma Siteng received her doctor's degree in education from Beijing Normal University in June 2019.

Mainly research interests include education policy and school management and improvement.In the past two years,  took charge in 1 municipal Project of Beijing, participated in 3 national projects and 2 latitudinal projects, chaired 1 school project, participated in 3 provincial and ministerial projects; published 3 papers, participated in writing 2 books.

Courses mainly opened such as educational psychology, Educational research methods .
