副教授  经济学博士  硕士生导师

    2014年毕业于首都经济贸易大学劳动经济学院，获经济学博士学位。

    研究领域是人力资源管理、教育政策与管理。主要研究方向是高校人才培养、大学生就业。在《人民日报》（理论版）、《经济日报》（理论版）等国内重要期刊及国外出版物发表论文10余篇；出版专著1部，参与2部著作写作；主持或参与多项课题研究。

   曾获“校优秀党务工作者”、“校三育人工作者”等荣誉称号。

   开设的本科生课程为:  普通心理学、社会心理学、人格心理学、大学生心理健康。

   开设的研究生课程为：教育管理学、学生事务管理。

I have received Ph.D in Economics from Capital University of Economics and Business in 2014.

My research field has been.Human resource management, educational economics and management. The main research direction is employment of college students and talent cultivation in universities.I has published more than 10 papers in People's Daily Theory Edition,Economic Daily Theory Edition and other important domestic journals and foreign publications; Published 1 monograph and participated in the writing of 2 works; Preside over or participate in multiple research projects.

I have awarded the honorary titles of "Excellent Party Affairs Worker" and "Artificial Author of Three Kinds of Education".

I have offered such courses as Student affairs management, general psychology, social psychology, personality psychology, and mental health of college students.
