安树伟

教授    经济学博士    博士生导师

       1990年毕业于山西师范大学，获理学学士学位；1996年陕西师范大学硕士毕业，获理学硕士学位；2003年南开大学博士毕业，获经济学博士学位。2000年由助教越级破格晋升为副教授，2004年破格晋升为教授。2003～2006年在中国社会科学院工业经济研究所从事博士后研究工作；2011年4月～2012年5月，在加拿大多伦多大学做访问学者。

        安树伟教授主要从事城市与区域发展的研究工作。出版专著有：《中国农村贫困问题研究：症结与出路》、《中国省区交界地带经济发展研究》、《行政区边缘经济论》、《中国大都市区管治研究》、《“十二五”时期的中国区域经济》、《西部优势产业和特色经济发展》等10余部；在《中国工业经济》、《中国软科学》、《经济学动态》、《经济管理》等期刊发表学术论文260余篇。主持的科研项目有：国家社会科学基金重大项目《拓展我国区域发展新空间研究》（批准号：15ZDC016）、重点项目《都市圈内中小城市功能提升的模式与路径研究》（批准号：13AJL014）、一般项目《流域型省区交界地带经济综合开发与协同发展研究》（批准号：00BJL047）、一般项目《西部地区优势产业和特色经济发展研究》（批准号：06BJL072），以及教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地重大招标项目1项、国家发展和改革委员会招标项目3项、其他省级项目3项，并主持地方政府委托项目近10项。

        近年来，为本科生和研究生开设《城市经济学》、《区域经济学前沿》等课程。目前担任首都经济贸易大学特大城市经济社会发展研究院副院长，中国区域经济学会常务理事、中国区域科学协会常务理事、中国国土经济学会常务理事。

    An Shuwei graduated from Shanxi Normal University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science, from Shaanxi Normal University in 1996 with a Master of Science, and from Nankai University in 2003 with a Ph.D. in Economics. He was promoted to an associate professor (Exceptional Promotion) from a teaching assistant in 2000, and promoted to a professor (Exceptional Promotion) in 2004. From 2003 to 2006, he engaged in postdoctoral research in Institute of Industrial Economics of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. In addition, he has been a visiting scholar in University of Toronto from April 2011 to May 2012.

    Professor An Shuwei focuses on urban and regional development. In recent years, he has published more than ten books, such as Research on Rural Poverty Problem in China: Cruxes and Solutions, Research on Economic Development of Interprovincial Border Areas in China, Study of Administrative Region Border Economy, Research of Metropolitan Governance in China, Study of Regional Economy in China During the Twelfth Five-Year Period and The Development of Competitive Industries and Special Economy in the Western Area. He has published more than 260 academic papers on a number of academic journals, such as China Industrial Economics，China Soft Science, Economics Information and Economic Management. He has presided many research projects, for instance, major programme supported by National Social Science Foundation “Research on New Space Expansion of Regional Development in China” (Grant No. 15ZDC016), key programme “Research on Functional Upgrading Model and Routine of Small and Medium-Sized Cities in Metropolitan Areas” (Grant No. 13AJL014), general programme “Research on Comprehensive Exploitation and Synergetic Development of Basin Type Administrative Region Border Economy” (Grant No. 00BJL047) and general programme “Research on the Development of Competitive Industries and Special Economy in the Western Area” (Grant No. 06BJL072). Moreover, he has presided one major bidding programme of Key Research Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences at Ministry of Education, three bidding programmes of National Development and Reform Commission，three other provincial level programmes and more than ten programmes in trusted by local governments.

    In recent years, he has set up courses for the undergraduates and postgraduates such as Unban Economics and The Frontier of Regional Economics. Currently he works as subdecanal of Megacity Economic and Social Development Institute of Capital University of Economics and Business. What is more, he serves as one of the executive council members of China Association of Regional Economics, China Association of Regional Science and China Society of Territorial Economists.
