张贵祥 

教授博士   博士生导师

    1982年-1986年山西师范大学城市与环境学院本科毕业，获理学学士学位；1987年-1990年山西师范大学硕士研究生毕业，山西师范大学获理学硕士学位；1997年-2000年南京师范大学地理科学学院博士研究生毕业，获理学博士学位；2001年—2003年，北京师范大学环境学院博士后流动站工作。2003年9月至今在首都经济贸易大学工作。

    张贵祥教授主要从事区域经济与区域规划、生态城市规划、流域水生态区位与生态补偿、首都城市与京津冀、城市可持续发展等研究。近年来出版专著《首都跨界水源地经济与生态协调发展模式与机理》（中国经济出版社，2010年），2012年12月已获北京市第十二届哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖，中共北京市委、北京市人民政府。与文魁、祝尔娟等合著《京津冀蓝皮书：京津冀发展报告（2014）》（社会科学文献出版社）、京津冀承载力的基本现状与发展对策（《京津冀发展报告2013》的总报告），分别荣获第六届全国“优秀皮书”一等奖（2015.8.）、第五届“优秀皮书报告奖”一等奖（2014.8.1）。在经济地理、生态学报、中国软科学、中国人口资源与环境、生态经济等期刊发表学术论文60余篇。近几年主持完成教育部人文社会科学基金（09YJAZH056）、北京市自然科学基金（8122016、8052007）、北京市哲学社会科学基金（06BaCS0009、14JDZHB007）等省部级课题5项，主持北京市委组织部优秀人才资助项目、市教委人文社科项目、市社科联课题3项，主持大兴区城市化发展规划、朝阳区促进人口资源环境相协调问题研究、北京市取水许可与水资源有偿使用制度调研与评估、建设首都和谐宜居示范区-西城区规划等4项。2016年4月，张贵祥荣获北京高校“心桥工程”先进党外代表人士称号，2009年被评为首都经贸大学“三育人”先进个人，2005年被评为北京市属市管高校人才强教计划中青年骨干教师。

    近年来，为本科生、硕士生、博士生开设《区域规划理论与方法》、《区域资源分析与评价》、《生态城市与区域规划》等课程。目前担任中国自然资源学会资源经济研究专业委员会副秘书长、委员；中国区域科学协会理事。

    Professor Guixiang Zhang mainly engaged in the regional economy and regional planning, ecological urban planning and river basin water ecological niches and ecological compensation, the capital city and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and urban sustainable development research.
