教授    经济学博士    硕士生导师

周伟 首都经济贸易大学城市经济与公共管理学院教授 、经济学博士、硕士研究生导师、美国密西根州立大学(MSU)访问学者。

主持完成国家社科基金项目“产业转移与空间布局优化视域下的京津冀城市群协同创新机制研究”（项目编号：17BJL054）；北京社科基金项目“基于京津冀新功能定位的产业转移升级、空间分布与协同发展研究”(项目编号：16YJB030)；国务院第四次经济普查重大招标项目“京津冀产业转移效应与联动升级的实现路径研究”（项目编号：JJPCZB09）等国家与省部级课题多项。

独立出版专著六部：《北京构建现代产业发展新体系研究》《信息服务业对首都经济的带动作用》《构建我国工业品流通新体系研究》《京津冀协同发展中的首都功能定位与产业分工研究》《京津冀产业转移升级与空间分布》《京津冀城市群协同创新机制与实现路径》。  

独立或排名第一在《光明日报》（理论版）《中国软科学》《地理科学》《统计与决策》《河北学刊》《中国科技论坛》等南大核心（CSSCI）及北大核心刊发表论文40余篇，其中部分论文被《中国人民大学书报资料中心》全文转载。

主持完成首都经贸大学教学改革重大与重点课题多项，主笔撰写的“区域经济创新与应用型人才培养模式体系的构建与完善”获首都经贸大学教育教学成果一等奖（2016）。主要讲授区域产业发展、空间计量经济基础、城市生态经济学等课程。

Zhou Wei has presided over and completed the National Social Science Fund project "Research on Collaborative Innovation Mechanism of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration from the Perspective of Industrial Transfer and Spatial Layout Optimization" (Project Number: 17BJL054); Beijing Social Science Fund Project "Research on Industrial Transfer and Upgrading, Spatial Distribution, and Collaborative Development Based on the New Functional Positioning of Beijing Tianjin Hebei" (Project Number: 16YJB030); The fourth major bidding project of the State Council's economic census "Research on the Implementation Path of Industrial Transfer Effect and Linkage Upgrading in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Region" (project number: JJPCZB09), and other national and provincial level projects.

More than 40 independent or ranked first papers have been published in CSSCI and Peking University core journals such as GUANGMING DAILY (theoretical edition), CHINA SOFT SCIENCE, SCIENTIA GEOGRAPHICA SINICA, STATISTICS & DECISION, HEBEI ACADEMIC JOURNAL, FORUM ON SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY IN CHINA, Some of these papers have been fully reprinted by INFORMATION CENTER FOR SOCIAL SCIENCE, RUC (REGIONAL AND URBAN ECONOMY).

Led completion of multiple major and key projects in the teaching reform of Capital University of Economics and Business, “The construction and improvement of the regional economic innovation and application-oriented talent training model system” project won the first prize in educational and teaching achievements at Capital University of Economics and Business (ranked first ,2016). Mainly teaching some courses such as regional industrial development,  spatial econometric foundations, urban ecological economics, etc.
