1983年河北师范大学本科毕业,获理学学士学位;1996年北京大学硕士毕业,获理学硕士学位。
王文教授主要从事土地经济与政策、住房政策和不动产估价等方面研究。近年来出版专著《构建土地增值收益公平共享机制——改革的难点与突破口》(中国大地出版社2020)、《中国农村集体建设用地流转收益关系及分配政策研究》(经济科学出版社 2013),合著有《不动产估价》(中国农业大学出版社 2016)等;在《财政研究》、《中国土地科学》、《中国土地》等学术期刊发表多篇论文;主持完成国家社科重点项目“多元主体权益均衡目标下的土地增值收益分配机制研究”、教育部人文社科研究项目“中国农村集体建设用地流转收益及分配机制研究”、北京市教委面上项目、中国国土勘测规划院外协项目等,目前正在主持北京市规划与自然资源委员会委托“自然资源资产产权体系研究”、“市区两级政府代理行使自然资源资产所有权资源清单”课题研究工作。
近年来,为本科生和研究生开设土地管理学、房地产项目投资分析、高级不动产估价、城市住房保障与政策等课程。现兼任全国专业标准化技术委员会委员,中国土地估价师与土地登记代理人协会常务理事、会籍与信用评价委员会主任。

Professor Wang’s research focuses on Land Economics and Polices, Housing Polices, Real Estate Appraisal. In recent years, she has published a number of textbooks and books such as“The Construction of Value Sharing Mechanism in Land Development——Difficulties and Reform Breakthroughs in 2020,“A Research on revenue generation and Distribution from of Rural Collective-owned Construction Land-use Right transfer in China” in 2013, Appraisal of Real Estate” (with Daolin Zhu etc) in 2016, etc. She has published many academic papers in journals such as “PUBLIC FINANCE RESEARCH”,“CHINA LAND SCIENCES”, “CHINA LAND”, etc. She has led several research projects such as a key project “Research on Mechanism of Value-added Benefits Distribution of Land under Goals of Interest Balance between Multiple subjects” supported by the National Social Science Foundation, “Research on Circulation Income & Distribution Mechanism of Rural Collective-owned Construction Land-use Right in China”, the Humanities and Social Sciences Program of the Ministry of Education, “Research on Market-allocating of Land Resources and Government Function Definition”, a General Program of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and so on.
In recent years, she has taught courses for undergraduates and postgraduates on Land Management, Real Estate Investment Analysis and Decision-making, Real Estate Appraisal, Policies for Housing Security, etc. She serves as a member of China National Standardization Technical Committee, and the director of Membership and Organizing Committee of China Real Estate Valuers and Agents Association.
