赵秀池
教授 经济学博士 硕士生导师
1986年获首都经济贸易大学管理学学士学位;2001年获中国社会科学院研究生院经济学硕士学位;2013年获首都经济贸易大学经济学博士学位。
从事房地产经济与管理、城市经济与管理、资源与环境经济学的教学与研究已达35年。先后获得了北京市师德先锋、中国法学会系统先进个人、北京市社会组织领域先进个人、北京市社工领域优秀共产党员等称号。
曾到中南海中办做《当前房地产市场形势判断与宏观调控建议》的报告,就是否取消限购建言献策。主持了几十项课题,很多成果已经转化为政府政策。如主持的课题《加快优质公共资源均衡配置促进中心区人口与功能疏解》,得到时任市长郭金龙的亲笔批示。高标准建设新城、发展区域经济、京津冀协同发展的政策建议已经转化到非首都功能疏解的实际行动当中。专著《北京中心城人口疏解与新城发展机制研究》获得北京市第十三届哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖、教育部第七届高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖。主持的课题主要有:基于中心城人口疏解的房屋土地政策研究、核心区保护性改造研究、北京市人口调控思路研究、基于旧城改造的人口疏解模式研究、北京市高校青年教师住房保障研究、石景山区“十三五”住房保障与房地产规划、北京市国有土地上房屋征收与补偿办法前期研究、西城区重点商务楼宇研究、小产权房的问题、挑战与对策研究、住房限购政策研究、石景山存量地名与无名命名建议研究、地名规划、北京市机构持有租赁住房政策研究、建立完善住房金融体系研究等。
主讲房地产经济学、房地产金融、住房制度与政策、资源与环境经济学、西方经济学等课程。负责中美双认证的房地产营销师及其师资培训。曾获北京市中青年骨干教师称号。
兼任北京市委法律顾问、北京市住房保障决策咨询专家、北京市房屋征收拆迁鉴定委员会专家、北京市房地产法学会副会长及秘书长、首都经济贸易大学房地产校友会会长、全国大学生房地产策划大赛组委会副主任及首都经济贸易大学负责人、北京市城市管理学会理事、北京市法学会理事、中国城市经济学会学科建设委员会常务委员、全国高校房地产学者联谊会理事、中国房地产经理人联盟学术委员会主席。经常接受中央电视台、北京电视台、人民日报、中国经营报等等多家媒体的采访。
