彭文英

三级教授    自然地理学博士    博士生导师

　　1989年西南师范大学本科毕业，获理学学士；2001年陕西师范大学硕士毕业，获自然地理学硕士；2003年北京师范大学博士毕业，获自然地理学博士。2006年中科院水土保持研究所区域可持续发展博士后出站。2010年入选北京市新世纪社科理论 “百人工程”人才。

　　彭文英教授主要从事土地利用、区域经济、生态文明建设研究。现主持国家社科基金重点项目“共建共享目标下跨区域生态贡献计量方法及补偿机制研究”（17AJY005）、北京市社会科学基金重大项目“构建生态文明体系研究”（19ZDA03）等，主持完成了国家自然科学基金面上项目“北京及周边地区免耕条件下土壤水分动态及利用效率（40571092）”、北京市教委人才强教计划学术创新团队“首都圈生态文明建设研究”（PHR201106141）、北京市社会科学基金重点项目“京津冀生态共建共享机制研究”（15JDJGA057）、北京市教委重点项目“北京市新农村基础设施建设及其运营维护制度改革研究”、北京地区普通高等学校学科群建设项目“首都资源环境与生态可持续发展研究”，以及多项北京市政府决策咨询课题。出版著作《绿色北京环境优化》《资源环境与生态可持续—首都生态文明考察》《首都圈生态文明建设研究》《乡村振兴地方品质驱动战略研究》等；在“经济日报”“自然资源学报”“改革”“地理科学”“经济与管理研究”等报纸期刊发表学术论文近100篇。

　　近年来主讲本科生《土地利用规划学》、研究生《土地利用与规划》课程。目前兼任北京土地学会副会长、中国土地学会理事、中国自然资源学会土地专业委员会理事、中国国土经济学会理事等。

Peng Wenying 

Professor   Doctor of Physical Geography  Doctoral Supervisor 

　　Professor Peng graduated from Southwest Normal University (now renamed Southwest University) with a bachelor degree of Sciences in 1989. In 2001, she graduated from Shaanxi Normal University with a master degree of physical geography, and bestowed Doctorate in physical geography from Beijing Normal University in 2003. In 2006, she completed her post-doctoral fellowship at regional sustainable development center of Institute of Soil and Water Conservation of Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2010, she was selected to Beijing new century social science theory talented person “One Hundred Person Project”.

　　Professor Peng has long been engaged in the research of land use, regional economy, and ecological civilization construction. Now she presides over a key project of the National Social Science Fund “Research on Measurement Methods and Compensation Mechanisms of Cross-regional Ecological Contributions under Co-construction and Sharing（17AJY005）"，and the key project of the Beijing Social Science Foundation “Research on Constructing Ecological Civilization System (19ZDA03)”, etc. She presided over and completed the National Natural Science Foundation project “Soil Water Dynamics and Utilization Efficiency Under the Condition of No-tillage in Beijing and the Surrounding Areas (40571092)”, the Academic Innovation Team of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission’s Talent Education Program “Research on the Construction of Ecological Civilization in Capital Circle（PHR201106141）” , the Beijing Social Science Foundation key project “Research on the Ecological Construction and Sharing Mechanism of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei（15JDJGA057）”, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission key project " Research on the Reform of Beijing’s New Countryside Infrastructure Construction and Operation and Maintenance System ", the disciplinary group construction project of ordinary colleges and universities in Beijing area " Research on Capital Resources Environment and Ecological Sustainable Development ", and a number of Beijing Municipal Government decision-making consulting projects. She has published monograph “Green Beijing Environment Optimization”, “Resources and Environmental and Ecological Sustainable--Ecological Civilization in The Capital”, “The Road of Ecological Civilization Construction in Capital Circle”, “Research on Local Quality-Driven Strategy of Rural Revitalization”, and so on. She has published nearly 100 academic papers in newspapers and periodicals such as "Economic Daily", "Journal of Natural Resources", "Reform", " Scientia Geographica Sinica", and " Research on Economics and Management".

　　In recent years, she has lectured on "Land Use Planning " for undergraduates and postgraduates. Currently, she concurrently serves as the vice president of the Beijing Land Science Society, the director of the China Land Science Society, the director of the Land Professional Committee of the China Society of Natural Resources, the director of the China Society of Territorial Economists.
