张昕

副教授    管理学博士    硕士生导师

　　2008年毕业于中国人民大学公共管理学院土地资源管理专业，获得管理学博士学位。2011-2012在美国新罕布什尔大学做访问学者。

　　主要研究领域为公共经济学、房地产经济学以及土地制度与政策等方向。在国内核心学术期刊发表多篇学术论文，包括“多校划片政策对学区房价格影响研究”（《价格理论与实践》）等；参与完成多项省部级及校级科研课题，目前主持北京市教委课题—“北京市义务教育优质均衡对房地产价格影响研究”，此外参与编写多部教材。

　　为本科生以及研究生开设《公共经济学》、《房地产经济学》、《土地制度与政策》、《国外不动产理论与方法》、《物业管理理论与实务》等课程，主持完成多项校级教改课题。

Zhang Xin

Associate Professor  Doctor of Management  Master's Supervisor

　　Zhang Xin graduated from Renmin University of China in 2008, bestowed Doctorate in Management. She was a visiting scholar in University of New Hampshire from 2011 to 2012.

　　Her research field focuses on Public Economics, Real Property Economics and Real Property Systems and Policies. She has published more than ten academic papers on academic journals in China, such as “An Economic Analysis of the Influence of the Policy of Multi-School Planning on the Price of the School District Housing” (《Price: Theory & Practice》) ; She has participated in a number of research projects as the principal investigator and collaborator, such as “the influence of Balanced Development of Compulsory Education of Beijing on the price of real estate market” (supported by Beijing municipal commission of education).

　　She sets up courses for the undergraduates and postgraduates such as Public Economics, Real Estate Economics, Land Systems and Policies, Modern Real Estate Practice, Property Management.
