徐虹

副教授    经济学博士    硕士生导师

　　2002年和2005年毕业于首都经济贸易大学房地产经营管理和区域经济学专业，获得经济学学士和硕士学位。2010年毕业于中国人民大学城市经济学专业，获得经济学博士学位。

　　主要从事房地产经济管理、土地经济管理等方向的研究。以独立作者或以第一作者在《经济体制改革》、《中央财经大学学报》等期刊发表论文20余篇，其中1篇被人大报刊复印资料全文转载；出版专著1部，参与其他著作或教材编写近10部；主持和参与20余项课题研究。部分课题研究成果在结项中被评为优秀。其独立写作的论文曾获得中国房地产学术研讨会议论文三等奖，并多次获得北京市房地产法学会论文征文特别奖、二等奖。

　　为本科生以及研究生开设《土地制度与政策》、《房地产开发经营》、《住宅经济学》、《房地产市场理论与实务》、《房地产策划与案例》等专业课程。曾获得校优秀教学效果奖一等奖、校青年教师教学基本功比赛三等奖，学院课程思政比赛一等奖。现兼任中国注册房地产估价师、中国房地产经纪人。

Xu Hong 

Associate Professor  Doctor of Economics   Master’s Supervisor

　　In 2002 and 2005, Xu Hong graduated from Capital University of Economics and Business in Real Estate Management and Regional Economics with bachelor's degree and master's degree in economics. Then she graduated from Renmin University of China in 2010, majored in Urban Economics，and bestowed Doctorate in Economics.

　　She focuses on research directions of real estate economic management and land economic management. As independent author or the first author, she has published more than 20 academic papers in Journal of Economic System Reform and Journal of Central University of Finance, etc. One of them has been reprinted in full by Copies of Newspapers and Periodicals of Renmin University of China. She published one monograph, and participated in compilation of nearly 10 books or textbooks. She hosted or participated in more than 20 research projects. Part of the research results were rated as excellent. Her papers have won the third prize in China Real Estate Academic Seminar, won the special prize and the second prize in Beijing Real Estate Law Society Conference.

　　She set up courses for the undergraduates and postgraduates such as Land Systems and Policies, Real Estate Development and Management, Housing Economics, Theory and Practice of Real Estate Market，Real Estate Planning and Case, etc. She has won the first prize of Excellent Teaching Effect Award, the third prize of Young Teachers' Basic Teaching Skills Competition, the first prize of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education Competition of college. At present, she also serves as Chinese Certified Real Estate Appraisers and Chinese Real Estate Agent.
