刘水杏

副教授  管理学博士 硕士生导师

　　2003年中国人民大学土地资源管理专业毕业，获管理学博士学位。

　　主要从事土地、房地产经济方向的研究。主持过3项北京市教委课题、参加过2项国家自然科学基金课题、2项国家社会科学基金课题、1项北京市哲学社会科学规划项目。出版专著3部、参与撰写专著及教材5部。并在《经济研究》、《财贸经济》、《中国农村经济》等权威期刊发表学术论文3篇，其它核心及一般期刊发表过30多篇论文。曾获得教育部人文社科优秀科研成果三等奖1项、获得北京市第九届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖1项、首都经济贸易大学校级人文社科优秀科研成果奖2项（二等奖、三等奖各1项）。2009年获青年教师教学基本功比赛优秀奖、2013年获首都经济贸易大学第四届优秀主讲教师称号、“学评教”优秀课堂教学效果奖、城市经济与公共管理学院教学之星。

　　主要开设土地经济学、土地资源学等专业课程。

　　Graduate majored from Land Resource Management and bestowed Doctorate in management science from Renmin University of china in 2003.

　　Mainly engaged in land economics, real estate economics direction. Presided over three research projects such as Education Commission of Beijing Project. He is the main member in two research projects of National Natural Science Foundation Project, two National Social Science Foundation Project, and a Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project. Doctor Liu has published three monographs, and participated in the writing of five monographs and other books. Published more than 30 research papers on authoritative journals such as "Economy Studies", "Finance and Economics", "China's Rural Economy, etc. Won the prize of Excellent Scientific Research Achievement of Humanities and Social Sciences issued by Education Ministry of China. Won the prize of the Ninth Session of the Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award of Beijing. Won two prizes of Humanities and Social Sciences Outstanding Scientific Achievement Award issued by Capital University of Economics and Business. Won the award for Outstanding Young Teachers' Basic Teaching Skills Competition, the title of the fourth session of the Outstanding Instructor, excellent teaching awards of "Teaching Evaluation", the Star of Teaching of the Capital University of Economics and Business.
