李玉瑶

讲师 经济学博士

　　2015年毕业于西南石油大学获管理学学士，2017年毕业于中央财经大学获管理学硕士，2021年毕业于中央财经大学获经济学博士学位，2019-2020美国纽约州立大学访问学者。

　　主要从事住房政策、住房分配以及房地产经济等方面的相关研究。参与国家社科基金、国家自然科学基金、财政部及省部级项目多项，共发表论文6篇，主要包括《Cities》、《International Journal of Urban Science》、《城市发展研究》等SCI期刊。

　　于2021年入职土地资源管理系，从事房地产建筑概论、房地产预决算等课程的教学工作。

Li Yuyao

Lecturer  PhD of Economics

　　In 2015，she graduated from Southwest Petroleum University with the bachelor’s degree in Management. In 2017, she graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics with the master’s degree in Management. Dr. Yuyao Li received her doctor's degree in Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics in 2021. She had visited State University of New York as a joint Ph.D student for one year.

　　Her research focus on housing policies, housing distribution and real estate economics. She participated in several state and province level research projects, such as the national social science foundation project and ministry of finance project, etc. She has published 6 papers on domestic and foreign academic journals, such as Cities、International Journal of Urban Science、Urban studies(Chinese), etc.

　　She joined in the department of Land Resources Management in July 2021 and engages in the course teaching of introduction of architecture and construction budget and final account.
