柴康妮

讲师 理学博士

　　2013年毕业于清华大学社会学专业，获法学学士学位；2015年毕业于美国布朗大学公共政策专业，获硕士学位；2022年毕业于北京大学人文地理学专业，获理学博士学位；2021年于日本东京大学都市工学专业交流访问。

　　主要从事土地与房地产经济、房地产估价与金融、住房政策等方面研究。发表多篇SSCI/CSSCI论文。参与多项国家自然科学基金面上项目、英国全球挑战研究基金项目等国际合作项目及自然资源部、北京市等省部级课题等。

Chai Kangni

Lecturer      Doctor of Natural Science

        Kangni Chai completed her undergraduate degree in sociology at Tsinghua University in 2013, her Master’s in Public Policy at Brown University in 2015, and her PhD in human geography at Peking University in 2022. In 2021, she visited the Department of Urban Engineering at the University of Tokyo.

        Dr Chai’s research interest is on land and real estate economics, real estate appraisal and finance, and housing policies. She has published several articles in SSCI/CSSCI journals and participated in several academic projects including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the UK Global Challenges Research Fund, Ministry of Natural Resources of China, Beijing Municipal Government.
