祝尔娟

教授  博士生导师

    1983年天津师范大学本科毕业，获经济学学士学位；1992年南开大学硕士毕业，获经济学硕士学位。

    祝尔娟教授主要从事首都经济与京津冀协同发展等领域的教学与研究工作。主持完成了国家级、省部级以及委办局项目数十项，出版专著十余部。特别是主编出版的《京津冀蓝皮书》社会反响很大，已成为地方政府决策的重要参考文献。其研究成果多次获国家级、省部级领导的重要批示。

    目前担任北京市哲学社会科学研究基地——北京市经济社会发展政策研究基地执行主任，京津冀协同发展研究基地学术委员会秘书长，首都经济贸易大学特大城市经济社会发展研究院副院长，京津冀大数据研究中心主任，国家社科基金项目同行评议专家，北京市教育科学规划学科专家，中国城市经济学会学科建设专业委员会常务委员，北京市行政区划与区域经济研究会常务理事，中国区域科学研究协会常务理事等。曾获市级劳动模范、全国优秀教师等称号。

    Professor Zhu, Bachelor degree in Economics，Tianjin normal university，1983；Master degree graduate of NanKai University in 1992，bestowed Master of Economics.

    Professor Zhu focuses on the capital economy and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. In recent years, She has presided over dozens of research projects such as the national social science fund、Beijing social science fund etc. she has published academic papers of more than 200，000 words on academic journals in China and oversea. she has published a number of textbooks or books such as Annual Report on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Region development Report，which has obtained great social repercussions. Research achievement has provided  the  critical reference of local government decision-making.

    Currently Professor Zhu serves as Beijing philosophy and social science research base, executive director of the Beijing economic and social development policy research base，the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei research base of the academic committee secretary general, vice President of Academy of Metropolis Economic and Social Development，director  of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei big data center，The peer-reviewed expert of national social science fund project，the standing committee of China city economic association of the subject construction etc. She had won the municipal model workers, the national outstanding teachers and many honors.
