潘娜
副教授 管理学博士 硕士生导师
2011年7月毕业于中国人民大学公共管理学院,获管理学博士学位。2009年9月-2010年9月赴美国罗格斯·新泽西州立大学进行学术交流与访问;2015年8月-11月赴加拿大阿尔伯塔大学参加管理学双语教学培训。
主要研究方向为公共部门人力资源管理、公务员制度、政府回应性、公共治理的专家参与等。在《中国行政管理》、《经济与管理研究》、《国家行政学院学报》等期刊上发表论文十余篇,并被《新华文摘》、EI、ISSHP等转载或检索;参编《领导力》、《领导学:理念、行为与艺术》、《现代公共管理》等教材。现主持一项国家社科基金青年项目《创建我国高级专业技术类公务员制度研究》,作为骨干成员参与多项国家、省部级课题,并参与多项横向课题。2013年获评“首都经贸大学青年骨干教师”;2015年,获评院青年教师基本功大赛一等奖,校青年基本功大赛优秀奖。

Pan Na received doctor's degree in management from Renmin University of China in 2011, and studied in Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey as visiting scholar from 2009-2010.
Mainly engaged in the researches about Human Resources Management in Public Organization, Civil Service System, Government Responsiveness, Professional Participation in Governance. Presided over the Youth Project of National Social Science Funding (2013) and participated in several other national and provincial level research projects. She has published more than 12 articles on top journals such as Chinese Public Administration and Xinhua Digest etc. Some English papers have been indexed by EI and ISSHP. She was awarded the honorable title of CUEB Young Backbone Teacher(2013)and won the First Prize in the SUEPA Teaching Competition (2015). In 2015, she won the “Excellent Teaching Award for Young Teachers’ in Basic Skills Teaching Competition”.
Courses mainly opened for the undergraduates such as Public Administration, HR in Public Organizations, Civil Service System and Administrative Ethics. She also teach Research Methods of Public Administration for postgraduates.
