宋心然Song Xinran

2011年南开大学毕业，获管理学博士学位。

主要从事市场监管、行政管理、行政法相关研究。近年来，主持国家社会科学基金项目“大数据监管背景下政府获取企业经营数据的行政法规制研究”，以及北京市社科基金等省部级、厅局级项目若干，主持国家市场监管总局等横向委托课题若干；在《中国行政管理》、《国家行政学院学报》等期刊上发表论文20余篇，并被《人大复印资料》多次转载；专著1部。2017年获评“首都经贸大学青年骨干教师”、2023年获“北京市优秀指导教师”称号。

主要开设公共管理学、行政法、冲突管理等课程。

Graduated from Nankai University in 2011, obtained the doctor's degree in management.

Mainly engaged in the research related to market regulation, public administration and administrative law. In recent years, she chaired the National Social Science Fund named Research on Administrative Regulating Government Access to Enterprise Operation Data under the Background of Big Data Regulation, provincial and ministerial projects, and so on. She also participated in several other national and provincial level research projects. She has published more than 20 articles on top journals such as Chinese Public Administration, Journal of Chinese Academy of Governance and etc., and some papers was reprinted by Social Sciences Information Center in People’s University. She wrote 1 book. She was awarded the honorable title of “CUEB Young Backbone Teacher”（2017）, and the title of “Outstanding Instructor in Beijing” （2023）.

Courses mainly opened such as Public Administration, Administrative Law and Public Conflict Management etc.
