张帆

副教授   管理学博士

　    2011年毕业于北京大学政府管理学院，获管理学博士学位。2012～2016年先后在清华大学公共管理学院和美国芝加哥大学政治学系从事博士后研究工作。

　　主要研究方向为国家机关事务管理和政府运行保障管理。已在商务印书馆出版学术专著《“行政”史话》，在《中国行政管理》《公共管理学报》《公共管理评论》等中文核心期刊发表论文10余篇，主持国家社科基金一般项目1项并参与其他国家及省部级课题10余项。

　　已开设的本科生课程有政治学和行政组织学；研究生课程有外文文献阅读与论文写作。

Zhang Fan

Associate Professor       Doctor of Management

Zhang Fan received doctor's degree in management from the School of Government at Peking University in 2011, and worked as a postdoctoral research fellow in the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University from 2012 to 2014 and in the Department of Political Science at the University of Chicago from 2015 to 2016.

Mainly engaged in the researches related to the reform of government offices affairs management in China; published The Origin and Evolution of the Word “Administration” (2007) by the Commercial Press in Beijing and more than 10 articles on top journals such as Chinese Public Administration, Journal of Public Management, and China Public Administration Review; presided over 1 General Project of National Social Science Funding (2018) and participated in 10 other national and provincial level research projects.

Courses mainly opened for the undergraduates such as Public Organization and Principles of Political Science. She also teaches Foreign Literature Reading and Research Papers Writing for postgraduates.
