林彤 Lin Tong

     2018年毕业于东北大学，获管理学博士学位。2018-2021年于清华大学公共管理学院从事博士后研究工作。主要研究方向为数据治理与政府数字化转型。近年来主持北京市社会科学基金项目等，并参加多项国家社会科学基金、国家自然科学基金及中央网信办等国家部委委托项目。在《电子政务》、《中国土地科学》、《农业工程学报》等CSSCI、EI检索期刊发表论文10余篇。
     Graduated from Northeastern University in 2018, obtained the Ph.D. degree in Management. Mainly engaged in the research related to digital transformation of government. In the past years, participated in National Social Science Foundation Project, National Natural Science Foundation Project and some provincial and ministerial projects. Published several academic papers in journals.
