闫志刚

副教授 管理学博士
2014年毕业于中国人民大学公共管理学院，获管理学博士学位。2017～2019年在清华大学和国家食品药品监管总局高级研修学院从事博士后研究工作。
主要从事政府监管、行政改革等方向的研究。主持国家市场监管总局“保健市场综合治理思路研究”课题一项，参与国家重点研发计划“食品安全突发事件及重大事件应急演练及应急保障决策系统研究”、国家社科基金“基于信用监管的我国市场监管机制创新研究”、国家食品药品监管总局“食品药品行政执法效能评估及政策研究”等多项国家或省部级课题研究。在中国行政管理、国家行政学院学报等核心期刊发表论文20余篇，部分论文被《人大复印资料》、中国纪检监察报等转载。著作2部。曾在天津市南开区人民政府、国家食品药品监管总局等部门任职。
主要开设中国当代政府与政治、政府监管、秘书学等课程。
Yan Zhigang
Associate Professor Ph.D. of Management
Yan Zhigang received doctor's degree in management from Renmin University of China in 2014, and worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at Tsinghua University and China Food and Drug Administration Institute of Executive Development from 2017 to 2019. He mainly engaged in the research related to government regulation, administrative reform, etc. He presided over a project of "Research on comprehensive governance of healthcare market" of the State Administration of Market Regulation, participated in the national key R & D plan "Research on emergency drill and decision-making system of emergency support for food safety emergencies and major events", "Effectiveness evaluation and policy research on administrative enforcement of food and drug" of the China Food and Drug Administration, etc. He has published more than 20 articles on top journals such as Chinese Public Administration, Journal of National Academy Governance, etc, and some papers was reprinted by Social Sciences Information Center in People’s University and China Jijian Jiancha Bao. He wrote 2 books with two friends. He has worked in many departments of the government for years.

He sets up courses such as Contemporary Chinese government and politics, government regulation, secretarial science, etc.
